RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At SB Cosmetics, customer safety and product hygiene are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns on any products, including but not limited to lip glosses, lip oils, lip liners, lash clusters, or any other cosmetic items. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for sanitary and safety reasons.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on purchased products.
ORDER ISSUES
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error made by SB Cosmetics, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sbcosmeticteam@gmail.com . Include your order number and clear photos of the item received. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. After review, SB Cosmetics may offer a replacement item at our discretion.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, SB Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding transit-related issues.
